TILEFLOW is a rhythm game developed by Zaycode (“Zaycode”, “we”, “us”). For more information visit zaycode.com. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, and by whom.
TILEFLOW requires no account and asks for no personal information (name, email, phone number). We, Zaycode, do not collect, store or transmit any personal data to our own servers.
Your scores, coins, gems, unlocked tracks and settings are saved locally on your device only. They never leave your phone and are not accessible to us. You can erase everything at any time from Settings → Delete My Data, or simply by uninstalling the app.

This data is processed by Google under its own rules. To learn more, see Google’s Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data. On most devices you can reset or delete your advertising identifier and turn off ad personalization in your phone’s system settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent screen (provided via Google’s User Messaging Platform) is shown on first launch. It lets you accept or refuse personalized ads. If you refuse, non-personalized ads may still be served. You can change your choice later from the app settings where the option is offered.
TILEFLOW is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data about them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
As Zaycode collects no personal data, we keep no database about you. Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction (notably the GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. As we hold no personal data, these rights are exercised primarily with Google for advertising data. For any question, write to us at support@zaycode.com.
