NEONO is a musical memory game operated by Zaycode SARL (“Zaycode”, “we”, “us”). For more information visit zaycode.com. This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and the choices you have.
NEONO has no user account and no server of our own. There is no sign-up, no online leaderboard and no ranking. We do not ask for your name, country, email address or phone number, and we do not collect them.
All of this stays on your phone, in the app’s local storage. It is never sent to us and we cannot see it.
We show ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier and technical information such as device type, coarse location derived from IP, and ad interactions. With your consent, ads may be personalized; without it, you will receive non-personalized ads. You can review or change your choice at any time via the in-app consent options (Settings → Ads) or your device’s ad-settings. Google processes this data as an independent controller under its Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
You can withdraw the consent you previously gave for personalized ads at any time:
Withdrawing consent does not remove ads; it switches them to non-personalized.
In-app subscriptions (NEONO Premium) are handled by RevenueCat together with the Google Play Store (and, in the future, the Apple App Store). They process the transaction under their own privacy policies; we never receive your payment card details. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous app user ID and purchase events to manage your entitlement.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Because your data lives only on your device, you can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Delete My Data, or simply by uninstalling the app. To reset the advertising identifier, use your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
As we hold no personal data about you on our side, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete on your behalf. For data processed by Google or RevenueCat for ads and purchases, please exercise your rights through their respective policies linked above. For any question, contact us (below).
NEONO is not directed to children under 13. As the app collects no personal data of its own, none is knowingly collected from children. Where ads are shown to users we treat as in scope of family policies, only non-personalized ads are requested.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change, and material changes will be communicated in the app.
